Online Training: We deliver training remotely via Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, making it easy to schedule sessions around your school’s timetable.

In-Person Training: For a more hands-on experience, we offer in-person training at your school’s location, subject to additional travel and accommodation costs.

Cascading Training Approach 

Often, schools adopt a cascading approach to training:

School Leaders: We start by training senior leaders in using iAbacus for whole-school self-evaluation and strategic planning.

Middle Leaders: As leaders see the impact, we provide training for middle leaders, helping them apply self-evaluation and improvement planning at the subject or departmental level.

Teaching Staff: Finally, we offer training to individual teachers, enabling them to use the abacus model for personal reflection and professional growth planning.

Three-Stage Training Structure

Our training typically follows this structured format:

Introduction to the Abacus Model: We explain the background research, history, and the universal applicability of the abacus model for self-evaluation and planning.

Using the Online Tool: Participants are guided through the online iAbacus platform, learning how to use it simply and effectively to achieve their evaluation goals.

Tailored Application: We focus on a specific area of the school’s objectives, exploring how to use iAbacus templates for targeted self-evaluation and improvement planning.
